T&Cs
1. An induction is required before use of any equipment.
2. I will not purposely engage in activities that may put myself and others at risk.
3. I accept that it is my responsibility to use the facilities and equipment in the way it is intended to be.
4. If I do not observe safety guidelines, I realise that I am at risk of injury.
5. Members are asked to be respectful of each other and conversational opinions.
6. I acknowledge the notice period to cancel my membership and/or take a holiday break is 1 full calendar month and must be provided in writing.
7. Holiday breaks must be for a minimum of 7 days.
8. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to ensure the monthly payment is paid on time.
9. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to book my sessions.
10. Any sessions not used by the end of the month maybe carried over for a maximum of 30 days and is at the managers discretion.
11. Wear clean and appropriate clothing and training shoes. If you prefer to train barefoot,then please note this is at your own risk.
12. Wipe down all machines after use to ensure a clean hygienic environment. Wipes are supplied for this purpose, please dispose of in the bins provided.
13. During exercise ensure that you remain hydrated. Water facilities are provided for this purpose.
14. Ensure that any drink spillages are cleaned up immediately to prevent any further incidents.
15. Report any breakages or damaged/faulty equipment to staff members.
16. Please return all moveable equipment to its position/racks and leave the area tidy.
17. Use the equipment in the way that it has been demonstrated at your induction and for the purpose for which it was intended.
